Adam co‑founded gecco after running the Fire Industry Association, the UK’s largest fire protection trade association. He ensures our products reflect the needs of real businesses and keeps the team focused on meaningful work.

Leo Miranda leads product and platform so customer problems become stable systems. He combines technical and financial expertise to build our platform and lead gecco’s product direction.

Lawrence steers AI direction, pressure-testing models and product choices. He works on Gemini at Google DeepMind, after earlier video-generation research at Meta.

Harry looks after finance so spend, runway, and cash flow stay crystal clear. He builds simple models that the team can actually use.

Aimen moved from government advisory work into marketing, blending data‑driven analysis with creative instinct. He guides our go‑to‑market plans using insights from building brands across industries.

Greg tunes go-to-market so interest turns into revenue. He brings proven playbooks from Darktrace to help our sales team explain and deliver the value of gecco’s AI solutions.

Ian brings top-level direction that cuts noise and focuses effort where it counts. That judgement comes from leading the Fire Industry Association since 2015.

Tom advises on strategy and culture so teams can move fast and stay aligned. He honed this building Allsaved and supporting founder-led businesses.
